PWC Corporate Reporting Awards
The biggest field of golf pros in the history of the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open
will gather at The Heritage Golf Club this November for the 2017 edition of the
golf tournament that will now also take up a premier place on the international
golf calendar. The 3rd edition was officially launched at the Heritage Le Telfair
Golf and Spa Resort on Domaine De Bel Ombre in March.
This year, the tri-sanctioned tournament with the European Tour, Asian Tour
and Sunshine Tour will feature an increased field of 156 golf professionals. With
a prize fund of €1 million and contested by players from over 30 countries, this
edition will be held from 30 November to 3 December, making it the second
counting event on The 2018 Race to Dubai.

h hereAfrAsia won 3 Awards at the PWC Corporate Reporting Awards ceremony at the
Hennessy Park Hotel, Ebene, in 3 categories namely: Financial Institutions, Risk
Management and Online Reporting. PWC had initially shortlisted 175 companies,
reviewed 64 annual reports and 62 websites before making a selection of 3-5 by
category for the designation of winners.

constantly looking for ways to improve the quality of its disclosures, transparency
being one of the cornerstone of good governance. Quality reporting contributes
